Veal Scallopini
4 Servings
Ingredients:
2 | lbs. italian style Veal |
1 | Green Pepper (diced) |
1 | med. Onion (diced) |
1 | can sliced Mushroom (drained) |
2 | cans Tomato Sauce |
1 | can Tomato Paste |
½ | can Water |
1 | tbsp. Shortening |
¼ | tsp. Basil |
⅛ | tsp. Oregano |
½ | tsp. Garlic Powder |
⅓ | cup Marsala Wine |
Directions:
Saute Veal, peppers, and onions in fat, till lightly brown. Add rest of ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Bake about 60-75 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. Serve over rice, shells or spaghetti.
