Stuffed Mushrooms
10 large mushrooms
Ingredients:
10 | large Mushrooms with the stems removed |
2 | cans of Pimentos |
1 | medium Onion |
1½ | tbs. Corn Flakes or Bread Crumbs |
Butter | |
Salt to taste |
Directions:
Finely chop the pimentos, Onion and Corn Flakes.
Saute the Pimentos, Onion, and Corn Flakes in butter.
Place the Mushroom caps in a pan. Fill the cavities with the above mixture. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes until done.
