Shish Ka Bob
Ingredients:
Sauce
1 | bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing. |
½ | pt. of cooking Sherry |
1 | pinch of Garlic Powder |
1 | tsp. Sage |
1 | tsp. chopped Chives |
1 | tsp. chopped Parsley |
Ka Bobs
4 | lbs. lamb (cubed) |
1 | Tomato per person |
3 | White Onions per person. |
4 | slices of Green Pepper or Mushrooms per person |
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Add meat and marinate overnight, in the refridgerator, in a covered dish
One hour before cooking, take 2 halves of a Tomato per person, 3 White Onions per person, 4 slices of Green Pepper or Mushrooms per person. Slice Peppers and Tomatoes in thick pieces for skewers. Add to marinated sauce after taking out meat and leave vegetables in sauce ½ hour then put the meat and vegetables on skewers alternately and grill turning continuously for 10-15 minutes.
Serve over Fried Rice.

Prep Time: Marinate overnight, plus about an hour.
