Salmon Loaf
Ingredients:
1 | can of Salmon |
3 | Eggs |
4 | tbs. Matzo Meal |
1 | cup. Peas (canned or prepared) |
1 | Onion (grated) |
1 | Carrots (grated) |
⅛ | lb. Butter (melted) |
¼ | tsp. Salt |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix together well. Place mixture into a greased pan. Dot mixture with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
