Russian Dressing for Lettuce Wedges


Recipe provided by Anne Schwartz of the Marion Rappaport Chapter.

Ingredients:

1 cup good Mayonnaise
¼ cup Chili Sauce
1 tbs. chopped Pickle or Relish
2 Stuffed Olives, finely chopped
dash of Onion Salt & Pepper

Directions:

Mix well and let chill for at least 1/2 hour.

To make this a Thousand Island Dressing add 1 chopped egg.
