Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing


Recipe provided by Eilean Wuhl of the Westfield Chapter.

Ingredients:

3 tbs. Vinegar
5 oz. Roquefort Cheese Spread
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp. Sugar
¼ tsp. Paprika
tsp. Salt

Directions:

Soften the cheese spread. Gradually add vinegar to the spread. Stir in mayonnaise, sugar, paprika and salt and blend until creamy smooth.
