Rice Cereal Stuffing or Side Casserole


Recipe provided by Paula Gash of Springfield.

Ingredients:

2 cups Celery - minced
1 cup Onions - minced and browned in shortening
1 cups raw Rice
5 cups Puffed Rice Cereal
2 cups Bouillon
Salt and Pepper

Directions:

Cook rice according to its directions.

Mix celery, onions, cooked rice, and puffed rice cereal. Add boiling bouillon.

Can be used for stuffing or baked in a casserole dish until lightly brown.
