Missy's Favorite Beef Stew
5-6 Servings
Ingredients:
2 | lbs. Beef (cubed) |
2 | medium Onions (diced) |
1 | can Tomato Sauce |
2 | tbsp. water |
½ | tsp. Salt |
¼ | tsp. Pepper |
Garlic to taste | |
3 | Carrots (sliced) |
1 | lb. String Beans |
6 | medium Potatoes (quartered) |
Directions:
Place Onions and Meat in a pot. Season and add Tomato Sauce and Water. Cook for two hours under medium flame.
Add vegetables and cook for one hour more.
