Meat Balls In Beer Sauce
Ingredients:
| 1½ | lbs. chopped Meat |
| ½ | can of Beer |
| 3 | tbs. India Relish |
| 1 | bottle of Chili Sauce |
| Salt, Pepper, and Garlic to taste |
Directions:
Make small meatballs and brown them. Put them in a pot and add the remaining ingredients. Let simmer until the sauce thickens (approximately 1½ to 2 hours).
Stir occassionally to prevent sticking.
Excellent for freezing and re-use.
