Luscious Pototo Salad
Ingredients:
8 | medium Potatoes, cooked and cubed |
1 | Onion, chopped fine |
4 | tbs. Mayonnaise |
2 | tbs. Vinegar |
2 | tsp. hot Water |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients while potatoes are warm.
When cool, can add 1/2 cup more mayonnaise for a creamier salad. Toss lightly, trim with grated carrot
