Homemade Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
1 | qrt. Milk |
½ | cup Sugar |
¼ | cup Rice (raw) |
2 | tbs Butter |
¼ | tsp. Salt |
¼ | tsp. Vanilla |
1 | Egg |
Directions:
Blend all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 325° for 2½ hours. For variations - add sliced Apples and White Raisins.
