Homemade Rice Pudding


Recipe provided by Mrs. Herman Cohen of the Princeton Chapter.

Ingredients:

1 qrt. Milk
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Rice (raw)
2 tbs Butter
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg

Directions:

Blend all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 325° for 2½ hours. For variations - add sliced Apples and White Raisins.

Notes:

Prep Time: About 2 hours and 45 minutes
