Homemade Rice Custard
Ingredients:
3 | Eggs |
2 | cups Milk |
1 | cup cooked Rice |
½ | cup Sugar |
¼ | cup Salt |
1 | tsp. Vanilla or Lemon Juice |
Directions:
Beat Eggs and add basic ingredients. Place in a greased casserole in a pan of water in a 325° oven for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
