This is Aunt Ruth's recipe for homemade fudge.
Aunt Ruth's Homemade Fudge Recipe
Approximately 3 pounds
Ingredients:
3 | cups of sugar |
¾ | cups margarine |
1 | can of evaporated milk |
1 | 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips |
1 | 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme |
1 | tablespoon vanilla |
Directions:
Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in a pan. Bring to a full boil - boil for 5 minutes - keep stirring. Remove from heat - stir in chocolate until melted - blend in marshmallow creme and vanilla.
Pour into a 13x9 inch pan. Cool at room temperature.
