Elbow Macaroni Salad


Recipe provided by Gertrude Neustadt of the Ralph Traurig Chapter.

Ingredients:

cups Elbow Macaroni
2Carrots (grated)
1cup Celery (cut up)
¼tsp. Dry Mustard
1tsp. Salt
¼cup Chili Sauce
1tsp. Vinegar or Lemon
2hard-cooked Eggs (chopped)
3tbs. Mayonnaise.
1tsp. Sugar

Directions:

Cook Macaroni as directed on box and drain. Add all other ingredients and toss until blended.

Chill until ready to serve.
