Eggs Parmesan

4 Eggs


This recipe is credited to Mrs. Jerry Rodman of the Kadima Chapter.

Ingredients:

5 tbsp. Heavy Cream
4 Eggs
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Cover bottom of shallow baking dish with cream, set on heat. When it reaches the boiling point, break in eggs, sunnyside up. Cook two or three minutes until set.

Spinkle generously with the Parmesan cheese.

Place under broiler until cheese browns.
