Egg and Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
3 | hard boiled Eggs (chopped fine) |
¼ | lb. Spinach (washed, drained and chopped fine) |
Mayonnaise | |
Salt | |
Pepper |
Directions:
Toss the above ingredients together.
