Cucumber Sauce for Fish Mousse
Ingredients:
1 ½ | cup Cucumber, chopped and drained |
1 | tsp. Salt |
1 | tbs. Onion scrapped |
2 | tbs. Lemon Juice |
dash Ground Pepper | |
1 | cup Sour Cream |
Directions:
Mix cucumber, salt, onion, lemon juice and add pepper to taste.
Just before serving add sour cream.
