Cucumber Sauce for Fish Mousse
Ingredients:
| 1 ½ | cup Cucumber, chopped and drained |
| 1 | tsp. Salt |
| 1 | tbs. Onion scrapped |
| 2 | tbs. Lemon Juice |
| dash Ground Pepper | |
| 1 | cup Sour Cream |
Directions:
Mix cucumber, salt, onion, lemon juice and add pepper to taste.
Just before serving add sour cream.
