We have not tried this one yet, but our cousin Robert loves it. He makes his a little bit hotter.
Coney Island Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
½ | cup Water |
½ | cup Vinegar |
2 | Tbsp. Worcestershire |
3 | Tbsp. Brown Sugar |
¾ | cup Ketchup |
1 | Tbsp. Mustard |
Garlic | |
Onion | |
Salt | |
Pepper |
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Cook until well blended. Add a few drops of tabasco sauce. Cook over a double boiler for 1 hour.
Makes enough for about 2 lbs of ribs with some dipping sauce on the side.
