Chicken Chow Mein
Ingredients:
3 | tbs. Chicken Fat |
3 | cups diced Celery |
2 | cups diced Onions |
1 ½ | cup chicken soup or water |
2 | cups diced Chicken |
1 | can Bean Sprouts - drained |
3 | tsp. Soy Sauce |
2 | tbs. Corn Starch |
2 | tbs. Sugar |
Directions:
Combine chicken fat, celery, onions, and chicken soup and cook gently until vegetables are tender.
Add diced chicken, bean sprouts and 1 tbs. soy sauce. Cover and cook for 15 minutes more. Mix till sauce is a smooth paste then add the remaining soy sauce, corn starch, and sugar.
Cook and stir for 15 minutes. Serve with 2 cups boiled rice or warm noodles.
