Carrot Salad with Condiment Dressing
Ingredients:
1 | bunch of Carrots, grated |
1 | small Onion, grated fined |
½ | cup Mayonnaise |
¼ | Cup Ketchup |
1 | tbs. Mustard |
Directions:
Toss all ingredients and prepare ahead of time so that carrots marinate in the sauce.
This is excellent to serve on lettuce.
