Carrot Salad with Condiment Dressing


Recipe provided by Bert Weintraub of the Wm. M. Untermann Chapter.

Ingredients:

1 bunch of Carrots, grated
1 small Onion, grated fined
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Ketchup
1 tbs. Mustard

Directions:

Toss all ingredients and prepare ahead of time so that carrots marinate in the sauce.

This is excellent to serve on lettuce.
