Carrot Ring Mold


Recipe Provided by Mona Birn of the Linden-Roselle Chapter.

Ingredients:

1 cup Spry
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg beaten
2 cups grated Carrot
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Nutmeg
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 ¼ cups Flour

Directions:

Mix all vigorously. Pour into a greased ring pan and bake in a mild medium (300 degree) oven for 1 hour.
