Carrot Ring Mold
Ingredients:
1 | cup Spry |
½ | cup Brown Sugar |
1 | Egg beaten |
2 | cups grated Carrot |
1 | tsp. Salt |
½ | tsp. Cinnamon |
½ | tsp. Nutmeg |
½ | tsp. Baking Soda |
1 ¼ | cups Flour |
Directions:
Mix all vigorously. Pour into a greased ring pan and bake in a mild medium (300 degree) oven for 1 hour.
