BBQ Glazed Chicken
Ingredients:
4 | Chicken Breasts |
½ | cup Spare Rib Sauce |
¼ | cup melted Shortening |
2 | tbsp. Sugar |
juice of 1 Lemon | |
½ | tsp. Paprika |
Directions:
Dip chicken in seasoned flour and fry. When brown on both sides, put in a baking dish. Brush generously with above mixture. Baste a few times while baking. Cook in a 350° oven for 1½ hours.
