Barbeque Sauce for Marinating and Basting
Ingredients:
1 | cup Catsup (or can Tomato Sauce) |
¼ | cup Vinegar |
¼ | cup Oil |
2 | cloves diced Garlic |
½ | small Onion diced |
1 | tbs. Brown Sugar |
1 | tsp. Dry Mustard |
Tabasco Sauce | |
Worcestershire Sauce | |
Ground Pepper |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Add dashes of Tabasco, Worcestershire and pepper to taste.
Bring sauce to a boil, while stirring to combine. Take off stove.
